6. AI-Generated Content

7. Subscription and Payments

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled.

We offer refunds within 7 days of initial paid subscription purchase. Contact support@jobreports.ai to request a refund.

9. Disclaimers

Our service is provided "as is" without warranties. We do not guarantee:

• That you will receive job offers or interviews
• The accuracy of job listings (sourced from third parties)
• Uninterrupted or error-free service

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JobReports shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
